Dimbola Lodge 14.11.09

The Team arrived at Dimbola Lodge on a very windy night, with some rain showers. Alison spoken to John to let him know that the team had arrived at the Lodge. We were then shown to the Tearooms, which we used for our base for the night. Then John showed the Team around the lodge, and can I say it is a wonderful building. But it is also like a maze, rooms go off rooms and rooms go off rooms again. It is so strange but you do get use to it in the end, but later the lights will go off, see how we cope then. Alison took some readings in the tearooms and they were Hum 58% Temp 19.9c The team decided to start the night with a séance so we went to a small room that looked like a meeting room. Readings was taken at the start of the séance once we were all ready to start. Hum48% 23.1c The Time 11.01pm On the board were Jules, Hettie, Linda and Alison. Hettie started the séance with the sing bowl to try and bring in the spirits close to the board. The glass started to move but it seems like a very quiet, shy, spirit that had come close to the board. Linda said that her face felt hot. The glass moved to D We asked the glass to be centred. Are you a child-Yes Are you female-Yes Then the glass went back to D. Can you please spell out you name for us? Can you try and talk to us? The glass went to HELLO on the board. How old are you? Would you like to tell us you name-D How old are you? Then Linda said that some thing touched her. The glass then went to GOODBYE on the board. D are you still with us. Do you like Linda? The Hettie felt that some one had flicked her ear. The glass then went to 8 Is that you age? Can you show us where you are sitting; the glass went between Linda and Hettie. Can you touch one of us? The glass went back to 8 Are you here on you own? -NO How many are here with us-7 We all said are names that were in the room. And the glass went to D Can you spell the rest of your name- D E E Can you make a noise for us, so we know that you are here with us? Are you touching Linda? Can you copy me, and Kelly knocked on the table. Linda asked again if DEE was still with us. Linda then started to breathe very heavy, and it seem like she was feeling the emotions that DEE could have felt. She said that her chest was very tight and she was very cold. Kelly helped Linda out of this feeling. After a few moments Linda said” it seem like I was floating in water” and “ I could not get out”. Alison took a temp reading and it was 17c, and when the séance started it was 23c. Kelly suggested that we sat quiet for 5 minutes. So we all held each other hands around the table. Kelly and Hettie said that they could feel a tingling feel in their fingers tips where they were holding Linda’s hands. Kelly asked DEE to be gentle with Linda. Linda said it is cold. Kelly then asked are you somewhere cold DEE. Are you in water? Linda said, “I can’t get out” Kelly said, “It is ok DEE I am going to lift you out” Linda had pulled away from her, then she said,” she is drowning, and she is not from here”. We took reading of Linda and Hettie’s hand as they where both saying their hands were very cold. Linda’s reading is 28.1c Hettie’s reading is 28.3c We then took Jules’s hand reading to compare, as Jules was not saying her hands were cold. The reading surprised us all Jules reading was 27.5c. So her hands were colder then Linda’s and Hettie’s. Kelly then asked DEE if she could see the pretty green light of the KII meter. We tried the glass again Are you still with us DEE if so push the glass towards me. Or any other spirits in this place. Linda still had this feeling of drowning. Hettie tried the singing bowl again. But what was weird when the singing bowl stopped humming the heavy down pour of rain just stopped suddenly. Calling to all spirits in the room to come forward to this table and push the glass. But the room had gone very quiet and the glass did not move, so we continued by investigating the very large room at the front of the house. And more reading’s were taken Hum 63% Temp23c Heather sat at the table and the rest of us placed ourselves around the floor. Hettie started to call out. And some of the team were hearing a high-pitched whistle. Hettie asked Elvis to point the Sony handy cam in to the other side of the larger room, as she could feel as if some one was in there. As we was hearing the whistle Kelly asked the spirit to copy her, so she whistled out loud? Kelly then threw a wooden marble in to the room and asked the spirits to throw or push it back to us. There was a bang on the floor and Hettie said they are hiding. We all decided to try Julia Cameron’s bedroom, as we walked through Alison and Jules heard a large bang from behind. Lee had a chill and the EMF meter went off, seems like there was a big temperature drop. We walked in the room and we all noticed that it was much colder. So readings were taken Hum 53% Temp20.9 Hettie could smell lavender and she asked Elvis to stand by her to see if he could smell it too. And Jules said that she was cold. Linda could sense a King Charles Spaniel Dog. Also she had a splitting headache, lee felt a draft over his fore arm. While we was in the room we was still calling out for spirits to come forward and show them self’s and make sounds. TIME FOR A BREAK We all decided to go in three separate locations around the lodge. Lee and Linda went into Julia Margaret Cameron’s bedroom, to do a there own investigation.Elvis and Hettie went to the attic to do there own investigation too. While Kelly Jules and Alison went to the library to conduct there own investigation. Not a lot happened in the library apart from Kelly’s hairs on the back of her neck stood up. And there were a couple of flashes of lightning. So Kelly Jules and Alison decided to go where the designed dresses were. The Hum and Temp was recorded in this room. Hum 75% Temp 15.6c Kelly started to call out and we all heard a sound down the other end of the room. So Kelly decided to throw the other marble, down the end where the noise’s were coming from. We all then went to check out the noise that we heard but I must say here Kelly went first. Which led to the hallway where the toilets are then into a kitchen, then into a DIY shed. We all stood in there for a moment and Kelly had some one touch her hand then her hair and when you looked at her hair it seem like there was static in her hair. We left the room, as it was very creepy. And went back the room that we first started in, but it looked like the marble had moved, but after investigating it may have been the door that sent the marble moving across the floor. So Jules put the marble on the fireplace. The Whole team met in the Julia Margaret Camerons gallery so that we could conduct a séance. On the board was Alison Linda Jules and Hettie we had all got ready to start when Lee came along and blindfolded all the people on the board. And the séance began. As Alison was on the board so you will have to watch the footage, but it was great we had a Norman on the board that lived in the right hand side of the lodge, which was the old fishermen’s cottage, and he did have children and he did not need our help. As I was blindfolded I could not see what was happening to Linda but some thing was happening. As this was going on I felt the board move from under my fingertips. Which Alison shouted out to the team? Then it happened again and Kelly saw this to, so she took all the blindfolds off everyone around the table. And by now Linda was having a funny turn and we wanted to get her out of the energy in the room but she collapsed on the floor. We tried to continue with the board because we were still having movements from the board itself. But I am sorry to say that we had gone pass our time. So the team packed up the equipment. So as you can see the Team would like to do a re-visit back at Dimbola Lodge. And many Thanks to John, and the rest of the staff at Dimbola Lodge.
