HALLOWEEN @ RYLSTONE MANOR 2009

  Rylstone Manor The Team arrived at the manor on HALLOWEEN NIGHT 31st of October 2009. The team got down to work with Elvis setting up the cameras. He placed the new wireless camera in oak room, so that we could monitor what was going on in that room from the base room. Also in there was a Sony handy camera. While Elvis and Kelly was doing this, Mandy and Jules was setting up trigger objects and check for any draughts and closing curtains so that the dust could settle, also taking humidity and temperature readings of the rooms being investigated that evening. And they are as follows: Maple Room. Time 9.45pm Hum 69% Temp 21.6c Yew Room. Time 9.53pm Hum 64% Temp 22.7c Oak Room. Time 9.55pm Hum 68% Temp23.5 The trigger object that was placed in the oak room was a cigar on the bedside unit, which was placed on a piece of paper and drawn around, also a photo was taken. The trigger object that was placed in yew room was some old pennies placed in a trinket box and some on a hand mirror. A photo of this was also taken. The time now was 10.14pm and the team went in to the Yew Room to see if anything would come through on the spirit board. Hettie used the singing bowl to try and bring in the spirits of Rylstone Manor. On the board were Jules, Hettie, and Kelly and Malcolm, Our guest for the night. Kelly was asking the questions. Are you Male-? Are you Female-? Can you spell out your name- R A S O S 9 Q Please centre the glass. How many spirits are in the hotel- 2 Did you live here- yes Was this your home-? Did you work here- yes What is your age, the glass just went round Centre the glass please What is your age- 7 So you are a child- yes Is your mother here- yes Are you both happy-yes Did your mother work here to-yes What year was this-1475 Do you like playing games-? Hettie came of the board and Mandy step in. All the Members on the board said their names. What is your name please spell it out for us- B E T H So your name is Beth-yes Can you use your voice-yes Hettie then said ask her about the flowers Beth should we ask you about the flowers-yes Kelly started to name some flowers. Roses, daffodils, lilies. Then Hettie said that she runs and plays in the blue bells. Is it blue bells-yes Hettie then said I feel that she is about 14 years of age with curls in her hair. Kelly then asked for Beth to spell her mother’s name out- R Does it being with R-yes Kelly felt the pillow behind her move, and she asked her to touch some one else. Kelly then knocked on the board and asked Beth to knock back; we all heard a very slight knock. But after that we did not hear any more knocks, also the glass was getting very week, so we said good-bye to Beth, so that she could get her strength back. So we stopped for a break, then we all went back to the Maple room. The time was 10.50pm Mandy and Jules took some more readings, which were. Hum68% Temp22.5c We then decided to split into groups and investigate in twos. So Alison and Jules spent half an hour in the Yew Room. They called out, took photo’s, but in all the time that Alison and Jules was in the room, they did not hear or see any thing. Kelly and Hettie was in the Oak Room, Hettie used her sing bowl again to see if it would bring any spirits close, they then started to hear knocking and they both heard a breath, but this was not heard on the Sony handy cam, and then they both saw a orb, while Kelly and Hettie and Alison and Jules was investigating in Yew and Oak rooms the others were still in the Maple room, watching Kelly and Hettie on the monitor. Then Elvis and Mandy went into yew Room. While Malcolm and Damon went into Oak room, while the rest of the team was watching on the monitor in Maple Room, Malcolm was having problems with the walkie talkies and they both said that they could hear knockings. They spent about half an hour in these rooms. Then Alison and Jules went into the Oak Room, and the rest went back into the Yew room, Alison and Jules did some calling out we asked the spirit of Beth to move the teddy that was sitting on the bed, so Alison turned off the torch and counted to 20 so that Beth could do this with out us looking like we was playing a game with her, but when Alison turn the torch back on the teddy was in the same place, but it was worth having a go. Alison and Jules then joined the rest of the team in the Yew Room where they was doing a séance and Kelly said that we have a Rebecca on the board which is Beth’s mother, but she does not like being called Rebecca she liked mam, also while they was talking to mam the KII Meter was going off, which was placed on the edge of the board on the bed. Jules also said to Alison that she had to move because she had this rocking feeling. It was time for a break……… After the break the team decided to all go in the Oak Room where we conducted another séance, on the board was Hettie, Mandy, Kelly and Malcolm. The glass moved straight away but they all said that this spirit was different to what was in Yew Room, the glass was doing small circular movement, Kelly started with the questions. Are you Male-yes Please sir can you spell your name-M X R Centre the glass Try and spell you name again-M I C H E A L How old are you –3 6 Do you have a message-yes Goodbye Did you live here-yes Did you own this house-yes Are you married-yes Can you spell her name out-M A R Y Were you a Lord-yes Do you have any Children-3 Did you love your children-yes Did they love you- Did you have a normal death-no Were you murdered- Was it an accident?-no While Alison was writing things down she and Jules noticed the KII Meter going off. Did you know the person-yes Did your family know this person-yes Can you spell their name-P Can you use your voice-yes Micheal can you spell your last name- N O R M A N This man seem very worried, the glass would not keep still, it was always moving in little direction but not a full circle, it was strange. Kelly asked if he had gone through the light- no Would he like to go through the light. Kelly explained that his family was the other side of the light, and he could still come back to the house when he liked. He then seemed to understand, so with the help of Kelly and Hettie the man went through the light, and the glass slowed right down till it stopped. He had gone through the light. Every one in the room seemed to have this sad but happy feeling that we had helped this lost soul cross over. We all felt that the night had come to the end. So we packed our equipment away and left all the rooms as we had found them. We said our thanks to Carole and had a quick look at the gardens and Chalet just over to the manor itself. It was a very interesting night of investigating for all the team. We have had time to look at photo’s taken that night and we have caught some orbs on the digital cameras and on the Sony handy cam.
