1) Can you tell our viewers how you came across your gift and how this affected your childhood. 2) Your tours are going really well and we must say that we all enjoyed watching you here on the Isle of Wight. How do you relax and revive your energy after a show? 3) We are curious, can two different spirits from different times that walk the same ground see and speak to each other? 4) Have you ever been a medium on a paranormal investigation and if so how was your experience. If not would it be something you would consider? 5) What do you do when you have a spirit randomly ask to give a message to someone like for example when you are at the grocery store? 6) How can the dead help us to live a better life? 7) What are your plans for the future? 8) If you could invite 6 people to dinner 3 being fictional and 3 being alive or dead who would it be and why ?

Like many within my line of work, my childhood involved a sensitivity to the feelings of others. If my Mother brought her friend around, I would often sense if the lady had lost her husband but I mostly, except for one or two occasions, kept these feelings to myself. Part of this sensitivity seemed to let me know when others were not being truthful. It also linformed me when others were likely to follow different paths in their lives. However, as I was a child, all of these interpretations have to be viewed and related to the age I was experiencing them in. I meditate before a show and 'switch off' after a show using particular mental techniques I was taught many many years ago. Recharging can be done being near Nature, eg walks etc. It is common for us to be puzzled about certain elements of the Spirit World. In my view this wonderful place obviously has a completely different environment and therefore we cannot and should not look at it in the same way that we see our World. Therefore it is entirely possible for spirits from different times to communicate with other. As the soul is eternal, experience and development are more important than time as we know it. If a day represented a glass of water what impact or effect would it have if poured into an ocean? Virtually none, so too the relative insignificance of time in the Spirit World. It is partly for this reason that mystics speak of 'an eternal now'. I also believe that communication is carried out in more of a telepathic way (mind-to-mind) rather than speech which can be somewhat cumbersome and also because words can have many meanings. For example, the word 'suicide' will have a much more dramatic meaning on a person who has been personally affected by this terrible event than one who hasn't. In a similar way the word 'freedom' might be a stranger to someone who has always lived under oppression. It was quite common to be called out to alleged 'hauntings' when I served the Spiritualist Churches. Most were genuine but there were a few that caused more by the fertile imaginations of the householders than anything of a paranormal nature. Sincere investigators can perform very valuable services in either helping earthbound spirits or acting as helpers to troubled souls, to say nothing of the inhabitants of the homes involved. My own view is that people should specialise within this field. The saying 'fools rush in where angels fear to tread' should also be considered very carefully here. Most investigators would be totally out of their depth if they encountered a particularily nasty entity. As my main forte is stage mediumship, and as I have pointed out above, paranormal investigations are best left to those that specialise within that field. However, if the circumstances were interesting enough and time was available, I might consider being involved in such a venture. Messages from the Spirit World are usually best given when the person has requested for such a communication to take place and 'those on the other side have been given proper notice about such an event. However, I have known and been involved when spontaneous communications have taken place. In my view, when they happen, the spirit communicator knows that the 'receiver' will be OK about it happening. Spirit loved ones watch us make the same mistakes that they made and of course can offer there advice or just acknowledge their continued existence. Both of these happenings can bring tremendous comfort to the loved ones still 'on our side of the veil'. Are we ready to heed their advice? It depends on the circumstances. Try and tell someone who has a potentially harmful habit that if they continue with it they might 'pass' much earlier than would otherwise be the case. Unfortunately not! We all know the damage that excessive drink or cigarette smoking can have but many still continue. As to the future, it is my wish to continue with mediumship serving 'both sides of the veil'. Beyond this, we will have to wait and see. I wouldn't consider inviting fictional characters to dinner. As to non-fictional people, it would probably involve those of some standing and knowledge within their field. Some interesting inhabitants from the 'other side of life' people could be Gordon Higginson (for his views on mediumship), Paracelsus (his knowledge on healing) and Jesus Christ for obvious reasons. Others could be Plato or Aristotle for their opinions on philosophy. Ghandi or Martin Luther King would clearly be exceptionally welcome people to have the company of in such a setting too.
